Portland

The Belgian dreampop duo Portland is the creative brainchild of Jente Pironet and Sarah Pepels whose voices are a wonderful match.

Influences such as Beach House or School Of Seven Bells could be named, but really

Portland are busy working in their own lane. In Belgium they won De Nieuwe Lichting, a talent competition run by Studio Brussels (Belgium’s leading national alternative radiostation) and played prestigious festivals like Rock Werchter and Pukkelpop. At the moment they are working on their second studio album in London, set for release in 2023.
