Nabou Claerhout discovered her passion for jazz at the age of nine when she first picked up a trombone. Since then, she has emerged as one of the most promising contemporary jazz artists of the Benelux. Collaborating with esteemed artists such as Bert Joris, John Ruocco, Dave Holland, and Dave Douglas, among others, Nabou has dedicated herself to perfecting her craft and solidifying her place in the jazz scene.

Graduating from Codarts, only in 2018, Nabou now leads, besides her much-talked-about quartet N∆BOU, a groundbreaking ensemble comprising five trombonists and a rhythm section, showcasing her talent and vision on the forefront of the jazz scene.
