Every year, Belgium Booms and JazzLab team up with a leading jazz event to host an international visitors’ programme – shining a spotlight on the best of Belgian jazz. After successful editions at Jazz Brugge (2023) and the European Jazz Conference in Ghent (2024), we’re heading to BRAND! festival in Mechelen, taking place very soon, from 26 till 29 November 2025.

BRAND!?

Jazz festival BRAND! is organised by kunstencentrum nona, home base of JazzLab. The 10th edition of BRAND! is focussing 100% on the vibrant Belgian jazz scene, with new projects by central guests Hanne De Backer and Mattias De Craene and a plethora of bands embodying the many faces of our scene.

As a bonus, BRAND! will also host four bands selected for the Belgium Booms x JazzLab programme, chosen by an international jury. Discover the line-up below!
