THE EUROPEAN JAZZ CONFERENCE IS COMING TO GHENT!

From September 12 to 15, VI.BE, JazzLab, Ha Concerts, and Europe Jazz Network bring the prestigious European Jazz Conference to Ghent. The four-day program features numerous networking sessions, keynotes, panels, and showcase concerts. EJC presents a unique opportunity for current Belgian jazz artists to showcase themselves to hundreds of (inter)national jazz professionals and enthusiasts.

ARTISTIC PROGRAM:

A professional jury has selected 20 Belgian projects to perform during the official program of the European Jazz Conference.

Experience their extraordinary talent from Thursday the 12th to Saturday the 14th across diverse venues throughout the city, supported by Sabam for Culture and PlayRight. CONFERENCE PROGRAM:

In addition to showcaseconcerts, the EJC program includes a members' day on Thursday and a series of panels, discussion groups, and keynotes on Friday and Saturday. On Sunday, EJC concludes with cultural tours and piano concerts throughout the city.

During the European Jazz Conference, Ghent reveals itself as a true jazz city, and everyone can partake in the experience. Tickets for certain concerts featuring Stuff. and Schntzl at the Wintercircus and several (café) concerts are open to the general public.
